تهنئة للبهائيين فى  ايران لاطلاق موقعهم الالكترونى الرسمى اليوم 15 فبراير 2017م . اليوم اعلن موقع الجامعة البهائية العالميةهذا الخبر

Following the wave of national Baha’i websites that have launched in recent years, the site of the Baha’i community of Iran went online earlier today.

The website, which can be accessed at bahaisofiran.org, covers a range of topics and presents the history, activities, and aspirations of the Baha’i community in Iran.

“The site of the Baha’is of Iran provides visitors with an understanding of the nature and purpose of the Baha’i Faith, its rich history in the land of its birth, and how the Baha’i community in Iran is working side by side with its fellow Iranians for the betterment of that society,” explained Diane Ala’i, representative of the Baha’i International Community to the United Nations in Geneva.

“What strikes you when you look at the site is how the teachings of the Baha’i Faith and the principles it promotes reflect the aspirations of the people of Iran, most especially the youth, and the profound desire in that society for material progress that is balanced with moral and spiritual advancement.

“Given the restrictions on the Baha’i community in Iran and the fact that there are no Baha’i institutions in that country, our office is very pleased to have been able to help host the site,” said Mrs. Ala’i.

Although the official website of the worldwide Baha’i community has recently been made available in Persian and a number of other languages, the new “Baha’is of Iran” website is the first website of the Baha’i community of Iran. This development is especially important at a time when a large volume of anti-Baha’i propaganda has proliferated in that country. Since 2013 alone, more than 20,000 such pieces have been disseminated in Iran’s media.

The content and rich photography on the new website conveys the diversity of the Baha’i community in Iran, while also providing a sense of hope that religion as a reality can be a source of inspiration and give rise to constructive action for the common good. مابين ايرلندا واليمن كلنا بهائييون

صدر فى العديد من وسائل الاعلام مؤخرا اخبار عن اعتقال مواطنين بهائيين فى اليمن رجال ونساء واطفال وذلك لاقامتهم ملتقى للشباب يتشاورون فيه لكيفية النهوض بوطنهم بالخدمة سويا لاعادة اليمن سعيدا كما كنا نعرفه منذ طفولتنا. وعجبت لذلك وتذكرت خبرا نشر فى وسائل الاعلام منذ 6 سنوات بان رئيسة ايرلندا فى هذا الوقت قامت بزيارة تاريخية السيدة مارى ماك اليس بزيارة الى المركز البهائى بايرلندا وقد اهدى لها المركز كتاب الكلمات المكنونة بالانجليزى والايرلندى.
وأشاد ت رئيسة جمهورية ايرلندا ماري ماك اليس ، بالطابع العالمي للتعاليم البهائية ومساهمة أعضائها لجعل حياة أمتهم افضل وذلك فى جمع ضم ستون بهائيا فى المحفل المركزى البهائى بايرلندا فى العاصمة دبلن. .”واضافت: شيء ما ربما كنت لا أعرفه ، وأنا متأكدة من أنه صحيح من كثيرين منكم ، هو انكم سفراء غير عاديين لعقيدتكم. “.
كانت هذه الزيارة الخاصة للمركز البهائي في 30 ابريل فى عيد الرضوان للبهائيين والذى يمثل ، ذكرى إعلان دعوة حضرة بهاء الله في عام 1863 والذى يعتبر أحدث رسول من سلسلة الرسل السماوية التي تضم بوذا والمسيح وكريشنا ، ومحمد وموسى وزرادشت ، وغيرهم.
واعربت الرئيسة عن قلقها وحزنها إزاء اضطهاد البهائيين فى بعض البلدان رغم ان هذه التعاليم البهائية الرائعة التى تجتذب القلوب والتى تذكرنا بالذين يدفعون ثمنا باهظا من اجل الانسانية .
وعبرت سيادتها ” كيف حظا كل الشعب الايرلندي بالعيش سويا في دولة فيها أتباع كل الأديان يمارسون شعائرهم بحرية تامة . وفى زيارتها التفتت الى الشباب البهائى وشجعتهم على ما يقدمونه من خدمات لمستقبل بلادهم ايرلندا.
هذه الخدمات التى يقدمها البهائيين فى كل بلاد العالم للارتفاع بالمجتمعات قدما نحو مجتمعات نابضة بالحياة بين كل بنى البشر كما حدث فى ايرلندا واثنت عليه رئيسة ايرلندا هى نفسها التى قدمها الشباب اليمنيين البهائيين فى ملتقى الشباب اليمنيين للعمل سويا فى خدمة وطنهم وازالة التعصب والعمل بروح الخدمة والامتنان الى وطنهم الذين يحبونه.
أأمل ان تتفهم ادارة البلاد والقضاء العادل هذا الموضوع ويشجعون الشباب لاعادة بناء وطنهم مع رفقائهم . فكلنا بهائيون نحن نحب اوطاننا ونسعى الى التسامح والتعايش والسلام معا . ان الله تعالى قال ” مالارض الا وطن واحد والبشر جميعا سكانه و” كلكم اثمار شجرة واحدة واوراق غصن واحد”.

تهنئة من القلب الى كل المصريين وكل المسلمين فى العالم بحلول شهر رمضان الكريم اعاده الله تعالى على كل البشر  بالمحبة والانسانية والوحدة والاندماج والتعاضد الانسانى فى كل ارجاء المعمورة .

شهر رَمَضان هو الشهر التاسع في التقويم الهجري يأتي بعد شهر شعبان . ويعتبر هذا الشهر مميزاً عند المسلمين عن باقي شهور السنة الهجرية. فهو شهر الصوم، يمتنع في أيامه المسلمون عن الشراب والطعام من الفجر وحتى غروب الشمس.

البهائيين فى تونس THE STATUS OF BAHA’IS IN TUNISIA

Last month Tunisian journalist Roua Khlifi began a series titled “Tunisia’s Spiritual Pluralism” about religious minorities in the country. The Baha’i community is small but significant, and came to Tunisia from Egypt about a century ago. Before 2011, Baha’is in Egypt were marginalized in significant yet subtle ways, such as denial of Baha’i teachings in schools, lack of acknowledgement of Baha’i customs and beliefs, and a general lack of social acceptance of the Baha’i community. Since the 2011 revolution in Tunisia brought in a new government, the situation for Baha’is is more unstable – there is a hope for improvement, but there also have been some setbacks.

WHAT CONDITIONS? EGYPT’S MINISTER OF EDUCATION DISCRIMINATES AGAINST BAHA’I CHILDREN

5 January 2013- Despite the new year, Egyptian Minister of Education Ibrahim Deif reiterated his old comments about the (lack of) acceptance of Baha’i children in Egyptian government schools in an interview with the Egyptian newspaper “Al Akhbar al Yowm”.

The newspaper asked:

ما موقف الوزارة من أبناء من يعتنقون الديانة البهائية, و هل لهم الحق في الالتحاق بمدارسها بعد اعتراف الدستور الجديد بالديانات السماوية الثلاث فقط؟

What is the position of the Ministry regarding the children of Baha’is, and do they have the right to register in government schools after the recognition in the new constitution of only the three monotheistic religions (Islam, Christianity, and Judaism)?

The Minister of Education, Ibrahim Deif, replied:

 هناك ديانات ثلاث معترف بها، و لن أعتزف بأي ديانة أجري، والتربية الديانية مادة اساسية و إذا استطاعوا استيفاء شروط الالتحاق بالمدارس فأهلا و سهلا بهم، و من لا يرضي بشروطي فلا مكان له عندي لأن الديانات المعترف بها دستوريا هي الديانات السماوية الثلاث فقط ولم يعترف بسواها

[The monotheistic faiths] are only three recognized religions, and no other faiths are recognized.  Religion is a crucial subject in school, and if [a student] is able to full the conditions of enrollment in government schools, then they are welcome. However, there is no place for anyone who does not accept these conditions because the only constitutionally recognized religions are the monotheistic faiths, and no others.

If readers find the tautologically confusing and meaningless response of the Minister of Education frustrating, then so do many others. Professor Basma Moussa, a Baha’i activist in Egypt, has a response of her own to the Egyptian Minister:

من حق البهائيين الالتحاق بمدارسنا .. ولكن بشروط

هذا الخبر  نشر فى حوار  مع وزير التربية والتعليم فى جريدة اخبار اليوم  5-1-2013  ولى سؤال عند معالى وزير التعليم ؟ ماهى الشروط التى يتطلبها دخول طفل بهائى الى المدارس الحكومية التى تعلمنا فيها جميعا وكانت بلا شروط على الاطلاق  وتفوقنا واصبحنا فى مناصب بالحكومة نخدم فيها وطننا الحبيب مصر لان من حق كل طفل فى التعليم المناسب حسب الدستور الجديد فمن فضلك قل ماهى شروطك حتى يعرف الاباء والامهات البهائييات عند تقديم اوراق اطفالهم الى المدارس الحكومية التى تبنى من الضرائب التى تحصل منا كما تحصل من كل المصريين بدون تمييز.برجاء الرد وشكرا جزيلا.

EGYPT’S MINISTER OF EDUCATION DENIES BAHA’IS RIGHT TO EDUCATION

Much has changed in Egypt, but much has stayed the same. On November 30th Egyptian education minister Ibramim Ghanem gave an interview to the Egyptian newspaper al-Sabah. Amidst talks of Egypt’s changing education policy, one question affirmed the long standing legacy of marginalized minority religions such as the Baha’i faith across Egyptian society.

The newspaper asked:

“ما موقف الوزارة من ابناء من يعتنقون الديانة البهائية وهل لهم الحق في الالتحاق بمدارسها؟”
What is the position of the ministry regarding the right of Baha’is to enroll their children [as Baha’is] in school?

His response was:

“قانون الدولة وفق الأحوال المدنية لا يعترف سوى بثلاث ديانات ,البهائية  ليست منها  ولذا فأبناؤها ليس لهم الحق في الالتحاق بمدارس الوزارة.”
State law in accordance with government procedures only recognizes three religions, and the Baha’i faith is not among them. Thus their children do not have the right to register in government schools.

 With these short lines the Minister of Education confirmed not his dedication to the well being of all children but his dedication to the discriminatory policies of the Egyptian government that has lasted well beyond the Mubarak regime. Baha’is in Egypt are not allowed to obtain identification cards that accurately reflect their faith, and thus their ability to register in basic social institutions such as schools without breaking a core tenet of their faith is severely compromised. The problem of identification cards was the inspiration behind a satirical video that revealed the hypocrisy of Egypt’s reputation versus its reality.

It is highly telling that the Egyptian policy of deep-rooted discrimination is reflected even these short lines from a casual interview. In order to truly reform in a more democratic direction, the Egyptian government must reform these laws that keep Egypt’s religious minorities on the margins.

Baha’i prisoners call for help!!

o the last upholders of any remaining human decency in the World:

The most pure, the most innocent, and the truly Godly and saintly Baha’is, Fariba Kamalabadi & Mahvash Sabet, after three years of continued humiliating captivity in the worst dungeon of the World in Iran asprisoners of conscience, after the miraculous course of epic events and super human accounts of their purifying power in action even in the subterranean dungeon leading to the moral and mental transformation of the worst of killers and criminals, have now been removed, along with some 300 to 400 unfortunate and pathetic souls (criminals and political prisoners alike), and cast into the worst animal slaughter-house and thrown into sub-animal conditions.

Filled with filth of human waste and urine due to only 2-3 open toilets for 400 prisoners under one roof, and with no fresh air, no cell walls, and fewness of sleeping beds, stampeded by riots daily, and even all nights long at dark by the running cell-mates due to purposeful agitation caused  by excruciating super loud sirens of the guards to torture and throw the prisoners into chaos, the two heavenly Angels, Fariba and Mahvash, are now at the danger of undignified imminent death, save by the protecting Will of God from on High, only as instrumented by the universal outcry of the remaining final band of people of good will in the World.

The last angelic voice of Fariba, just over two hours ago, by the less than one minute phone call from that infernal hell prison, was the message to tell the people of decency the world over, and the leaders of the so-called free-world,
“to do whatever they can, NOW, perhaps and perchance our corpses can be retrievable”;

and another sentence the one minute phone call message the day before:
“Tell the Iran government, to issue our execution sentence immediately, so that we are martyred, rather than remain in this unimaginable sub-animal indignity treatment status not befitting of our human station”.

If we, after all these three years, with all the top governments of the World and all the leaders of thought giving unified moral support in words, and with so many resolutions and statements passed, and with so much media reports issued, if we only content and suffice with these and with similar words alone, and cannot and do not go beyond only expressions of well wishes, if in this the 21st Century we ultimately cannot affect real action resulting in their immediate freedom, then we all, starting with myself here and now, must just close our chapter on any claim to our humanity.  If these precious souls, and the highest expressions of human purity and dignity in the World, are to be left to their fate in this manner, I shall claim myself less than animal, just similar to the perpetrators of these heinous acts; for equal are the acts of commission and the acts of omission in the eye of God and in the judgement of future history.

I chose not this scenario.  I am issuing my tickets and flying to Iran soonest to do my part; perchance others elsewhere in their various capacities will also make other forms of mighty efforts and supreme acts of humanity, and will seek action and results rather than suffice with words, to once for all end this age-long tragic suffering of the persecuted Baha’i Community of Iran.
