كتب احدالاصدقاء على شبكة الانترنت تحليلا لحالة مايكل جاكسون وماصاحب حياته من ازمات خلقتها الصحافة والغير مؤيدين لفكرة نجاحة ووصوله لهذه المرحلة الجماهيرية التى لم يسبق لها مثيل فى عالم الغناء فى كل الارض وحصوله على 82 جائزة عن اعماله لم يحصدها اى فنان فى العالم  .ولكن المدقق لصعود هذا النجم يلاحظ انه كان جادا فى عمله يصنعه بكل الحب لكى يهدى الناس فنا له معنى وليس فقط مجرد بريق. فنا يعيش حتى الان مثل اغانيه الارض ونحن العالم و انقذوا العالم واجعلوها مكانا امنا لى ولك .غنى هذه الاغانى فى العديد من دول العالم وكل مرة نشاهده بصورة مختلفة وابتكار جديد على المسرح.  صدق الشعب الانجليزى عندما قال فى وفاته نشكرك مايكل فقد وهبتنا 45 عاما من السعادة والمرح . فوق كل هذا لم ينسى ذوى الحالات الخاصة مثل الصم والبكم وكان الفنان الوحيد الذى يستجلب مترجم لهم على المسرح لشرح كلمات اغنياته وقد ظهر هذا فى بعض حفلاته الكبيرة

قرار وزير الداخلية الخاص بالبهائيين رقم 520 لسنة 2009م

قرار وزير الداخلية رقم 520 لسنة 2009م والذى نشر بالوقائع المصرية يوم 14 ابريل2009 م والذى يقضى باستخراج بطاقة رقم قومى للبهائيين مدون شرطة بخانة الديانة

وينص القرار الوزاري (رقم 520 لسنة 2009) على إدخال فقرة جديدة على اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون الأحوال المدنية الصادر عام 1994. وسيكون على مسئولي مصلحة الأحوال المدنية بموجب التعديل وضغ علامة شرطة (ــ) أمام الخانة المخصصة للديانة في الوثائق الثبوتية الرسمية لجميع المصريين الذين يملكون مستندات تثبت انتماءهم أو انتماء آبائهم إلى معتقدات دينية بخلاف الديانات المعترف بها من الدولة. ويعني التعديل في الواقع أن البهائيين وغيرهم من أتباع الديانات “غير المعترف بها” لن يكون عليهم تسجيل معتقداتهم في الأوراق الثبوتية.

نشرت النيويورك تايمز خطابا مفتوح موجه من   45 شخصية فريدة من الحائزين على جوائز نوبل فى المجالات المختلفة الى السيدة شيرين العبادى المحامية الايرانية والحائزة على جائزة نوبل للسلام والمدافعة الجسورة عن حقوق البهائيين بايران واليكم نص الرسالة

Egyptian Baha’i: Women are world peacemakers

The following piece is a translation of Dr. Basma Mousa’s latest article in “Youm 7.” Dr. Mousa is a prominent Egyptian Baha’i.

Today, a voice is raised in many parts of the earth calling upon world peace. The need for peace these days does not only entail peace in a single area, but in the world at large, where the safety and wellbeing of people interlace. Stability and peace continue to be the characteristics of civilized populations.

If we follow the events that took place in the last few years, we discover that the voice calling upon peace was raised since the last century. This voice was the voice of women calling upon world leaders to put an end to wars and build a world for children where they could live in happiness and tranquility, in a world where their childhood is not stolen and their dreams unaffected by the shed of blood, as was the case with millions of children during past world wars, where the lives of millions around the world, mainly women and children, were lost.

For that reason, we need to focus on the supportive role of women as peacemakers serving humanity. Women by nature are in support of peace more than men, and they find it difficult to respond to launching wars. Women participate in humanitarian fields and obtain the right to vote, and with this right they could direct humanity towards peace. Divine effects make it clear that when all human beings have equal access to education and when equality is achieved between men and women, the foundations of war would completely collapse. Equality between men and women would lead to the eradication of wars because women will not approve their launch.

I am saying this because I listened to a great speech on the BBC channel delivered by Queen Rania of Jordan, who is a beautiful, humble and educated woman. She was talking about the importance of peace in the lives of children so that they grow up to become the children of tomorrow without inheriting the remains of wars and fanaticism around the world. The Queen strives diligently with peace movements and civil society organizations and joins first ladies from all over the world in the effort to spread the culture and message of peace. During the last few years, I followed the diligent efforts conducted by the first lady of Egypt in the peace movement that carried her name and that is sponsored on a global level. There is also the “Reading for All” festival, which carried the slogan “peaceful Egypt” to provide children with new ideas for sowing the seeds of peace. Many women around the world are now working in civil society organizations in order to achieve peace.

Women’s call for peace comes with a new type of human appeals characterized by tranquility away from violence and the cycles of war. The access of women into the field of humanitarian issues allowed them to work with strength in the bumpy path of peace, which is the only way to a better life for our children. From this day forward, not a single woman would accept to throw away the blood of her children into the kilns of war. If the time has come for women to assume power at the ministries of defense around the world, they would undoubtedly put an end to all wars, which would only become a painful memory in history and the children would no longer be sacrificed to phantoms of war.

I praise the Security Council for the issuance of the eminent Resolution Number 1325 in 2000 concerning women, peace and security, which admitted for the first time in its history the needs of women and girls during time of conflict and post conflict and their continuous role in promoting peace.

The mission to establish a peaceful world is in the hands of today’s world leaders, considering the large responsibilities that were thrown on their shoulders. The challenge world leaders are currently confronted with is to win back the trust of citizens in them, in their government, and in international organizations with constant commitment to the highest principles of justice and world priorities that solicit unity and solidarity. The greater peace that has been held in our minds for a very long time is actually at the tip of our fingers.

Now that women are active in all fields, they need to make a priority out of the issue of general peace to promote the unity of people around the world, eliminate weary hearts, discard religious and racial fundamentalism, as well as political fanaticism, for the human world is one family and all the children are the sons of Adam, the sons of God.

المرأة صانعة للسلام العالمى

يعلو الان فى العديد من اجزاء الارض صوت يطالب بالسلام العام  ولان الحاجة اليوم للسلام لا تتطلب فقط سلاما فى منطقة واحدة  بل بالعالم اجمع حيث تتشابك مصالح الشعوب مع بعضها البعض واضحى الاستقرار والسلام هما سمات الشعوب المتحضرة . ولو تتبعنا ماحدث بالسنوات الاخيرة نجد ان الاصوات علت مطالبة بالسلام منذ القرن الماضى وكان هذا الصوت هو صوت المراة  مطالبا  قادة العالم بوضع حدا للحروب  وبناء عالم  يجد الاطفال فيه السعادة والهدوء  ولا تسرق منهم  طفولتهم ولا تتناثر احلامهم الصغيرة على ارض مخضبة بالدماء  كما سرقت من ملايين الاطفال فى حروب عالمية او محلية سابقة  والتى اودت  بحياة الملايين فى العالم معظمهم من الاطفال والنساء . لذا يجب التركيز على الدور المساعد الذي تلعبه المرأة في خدمة الإنسانية كصانعة للسلام. فالمرأة بطبيعتها  تميل إلى السلام أكثر من الرجل وتستصعب الاستجابة لشن الحرب، فهي تشارك في المجالات الانسانية، وتحصل على حق ممارسة الانتخاب، وتستطيع بهذا الحق أن توجّه دفّة الانسانية تجاه السلام. وتوضح الاثار الالهية أنه “عندما تتساوى فرص البشر في التعليم وتتحقق المساواة بين الرجل والمرأة، ستنهار أسس الحرب تمامًا. فالمساواة بين الرجل والمرأة تؤدي إلى محو الحروب لأن المرأة لن توافق على شنّها.”

اقول هذا الكلام لاننى استمعت الى حوار راق للملكة رانيا ملكة الاردن  فى تلفزيون  البى بى سى وهى شخصية جميلة  وبسيطة ومثقفة  وكانت تتحدث عن اهمية السلام فى حياة الاطفال ليصبحوا سيدات ورجال الغد بدون موروثات تخلفها الحروب والعصبيات بالعالم وانها تسعى جاهدة مع حركات السلام  ومنظمات المجتمع المدنى والسيدات الاول فى العالم  لنشر ثقافة السلام . وقد تابعت الاعوام الماضية العمل الدؤوب  لسيدة مصر الاولى فى حركة السلام التى حملت اسمها وترعاها على النطاق العالمى  وايضا مهرجان القراءة للجميع  الذى جاء هذا العام ليحمل عنوان مصر السلام  ليعطى للاطفال افكارا جديدة لغرس بذور السلام . ويوجد كثيرات من سيدات العالم الان يعملون فى منظمات المجتمع المدنى لتحقيق السلام

والملاحظ ان مطالبة المراة بالسلام تاتى بنوع جديد للمطالبات الانسانية يتسم بالهدوء بعيدا عن العنف ودوائر الحروب.  فدخول المراة للعمل فى ميدان الشئون الانسانية اتاح  لها العمل بقوة فى طريق السلام الوعر ولكنه الطريق الوحيد الى حياة افضل للابناء  فمن الان وصاعدا لن ترضى اى امراة ان تلقى بفلذات اكبادها الى اتون الحروب ولو حان للنساء زمام وزارات الدفاع فى العالم فلاشكَّ أن الحروبَ سوف تزولُ وستصبح ذكرى أليمة فى التاريخ ولا يعود يُضحّى بأطفالِ البشريةِ فداءً للأوهامِ.

 إننى اثني على مجلس الأمن لقراره البارز رقم 1325 عام 2000م عن “النساء، السلام والأمن”. والذي اعترف للمرة الأولى في تاريخه بحاجة النساء والبنات في فترات النزاع وما بعده ودورهن الدائم في ترويج السلام.

 أن مهمة تأسيس عالم مسالم هي في أيدي زعماء العالم اليوم، استناداً إلى المسؤوليات الهائلة التي ألقيت على عواتقهم. والتحدي الذي يجابههم الآن هو استرداد ثقة مواطنيهم في أنفسهم، وفي حكومتهم ومؤسسات النظام الدولي بالالتزام الثابت بأعلى مبادئ العدل وأولويات العالم التوّاق للوحدة والاتحاد. إن الصلح الأعظم الذي راود المخيلة لمدة طويلة من قبل البشر هو في متناول أيدينا بالفعل . والآن وقد تحركت المرأة فى كل المجالات فإنها يجب أن تضع نصب عينيها قضية الصلح العمومي كي تتجلى وحدة العالم الإنساني وترتبط قلوب الملل ويُنْبَذ التعصبُ الديني والمذهبي ويزول التعصب العنصري ولا يبقى التعصب السياسي لأن الجامعةَ البشريةَ عائلةٌ واحدةٌ وأن جميعَ أولادِ آدمَ أبناءُ الله.

صوت من سجن ايفيان ايرانA voice from prison – English Poem

A Voice From Prison is a poem dedicated to the seven Baha’i leaders of Iran, who are currently imprisoned and who faced the anniversary of their arrest on Thursday 14 May 2009, along with new and extremely grave accusations, after spending a year in jail without formal charges or access to their lawyer, Shirin Ebadi.

“Despite their obvious innocence and the call by many for their immediate release, these seven men and women have been in legal limbo for a year now, against all international human rights standards,” said Bani Dugal, the principal representative of the Baha’i International Community to the United Nations.

“Moreover, their families have recently been told of a possible new charge – ‘the spreading of corruption on earth,’ which goes by the term ‘Mofsede fel-Arz’ in Persian and carries the threat of death under the penal code of the Islamic Republic of Iran,” said Ms. Dugal.

“The sequence of events surrounding their detention exposes a shameless travesty of justice. Notwithstanding their having been subjected to intensive interrogations, it took a full seven months before they were given even a single pretext for their detention. On February 10, 2009, the Iranian Student News Agency quoted Tehran deputy prosecutor Hassan Haddad as having said that the investigation of these individuals was complete and that ‘the case will be sent to the revolutionary court next week’ and that these Baha’is are accused of ‘espionage for Israel, insulting religious sanctities and propaganda against the Islamic Republic.’ The international protest expressed by governments and civil society was immediate and widespread, causing the Iranian authorities to review their approach.

“Now a new wrongful accusation reportedly has been added some three months after the investigation was supposed to have concluded. The charge of being spreaders of corruption was used against the Baha’is who were executed in the years immediately following the Islamic revolution. That it may now be resorted to in this case is a further demonstration that the authorities have no basis for any allegation against these seven individuals, other than blatant religious persecution. This action against the Baha’i leadership reflects the government’s sharply increased persecution of the entire Iranian Baha’i community of more than 300,000 members.
